Your Area of Responsibility
- Strategic and operational responsibility for
finance (budgeting, financial and investment planning, controlling, coding, liquidity management) - Preparation of annual and interim financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Further development of financial and medical controlling (including DRG analysis, cost unit and cost center accounting)
- Ensuring the financing of investments (including interaction with cantons and investors)
- Management and implementation of business projects (e.g., digitization, process optimization)
- Support of the Board of Directors and the
Executive Board in strategic matters (e.g., hospital planning, service offerings, cooperations) - Member of the Executive Board (administrative management of the hospital group)
- Interface to authorities, canton, auditors, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Introduction and establishment of Tardoc and outpatient flat rates
Your Competencies
- University degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or equivalent education (MSc, MAS)
- Further training in General Management / Leadership
- Experience in leading teams and interprofessional collaboration
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially:
SwissDRG system
TARMED / TARDOC (outpatient tariffs)
KVG, VVG, hospital financing according to federal legislation - Several years of experience in a senior financial role and in the hospital environment
- Experience in working with public sponsors (cantons, municipalities)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (BC)
- Analytical, strategic, and networked thinking
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Strong decision-making and responsibility readiness in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills at all
levels (internal and external)
