What you ideally bring with you
We are not looking for perfect resumes, but people with substance.
What is important to us:

A completed basic education, possibly already supplemented by a HF or FH degree

Interest in digitization, technology, IT solutions, or business processes
-
Enjoyment of responsibility, customer contact, and collaboration
-
The ability to make complex topics understandable
-
Initiative, reliability, and the desire to do things better than yesterday

Very good knowledge of German or French (C1) as well as good knowledge of the other national language
-
English at least B2, Italian is a plus – not a must
