For our business unit "Weighing & Instrument Components" (MTWIC), which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated and independent employee at the Nänikon-Greifensee location immediately for assembly / cleanroom area in 2-shift operation 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Assembly and repair of cells/products according to work instructions (WI) Operation and regular functional checks of systems and equipment based on checklists Troubleshooting of simple malfunctions (immediate measures) and reporting of malfunctions, problems, and bottlenecks to line managers / team leaders Active participation in daily shopfloor management (SFM) Contributing ideas for the optimization of workflows and processes (CIP) Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace (5S standards) Handling SAP and other production software tools
