Your tasks
- Leading the Facility Management team (technical, internal mail, cleaning, security)
- Contact person for clients and suppliers (SPOC)
- Budget responsibility (revenue/costs)
- Ensuring and implementing order management/administration
- Creating and monitoring maintenance planning
- Accompanying upcoming construction projects
- Organizing moves for all areas
- Compliance with client safety requirements
- Recruiting, further developing and promoting employees
- Coordinating and monitoring work assignments and processes
Your profile
- Basic training in building technology or similar additional training in facility management (e.g. Facility Management Bachelor’s degree) or maintenance planning
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects
- Very good German and English skills
- High customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
- Strong willingness to collaborate across departments with a clear focus on overall success
- Confident use of MS Office is required; CAFM and CAD knowledge is an advantage
- Clean criminal record (extract from criminal record)
- Resident in Switzerland for more than 5 years
- Neat, friendly appearance
