• lead and support the credit administration team
• ensure timely, legally compliant and high-quality processing of credit transactions
• create, review and manage credit contracts as well as the associated correspondence
• process incoming mail and coordinate its distribution
• record and keep credit and real estate data up to date in the system
• carry out credit closings and issue guarantees
• ensure data quality and perform periodic checks
• extend and convert existing credit products
• maintain telephone communication with front office employees, authorities, notaries and other financial institutions
• participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement

• a completed banking or commercial training (e.g. notary / land registry office), supplemented by further training in banking or business administration
• several years of experience in the credit sector, ideally in credit administration
• leadership experience is an advantage
• very good French skills (working language) as well as good German skills
• an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• team spirit as well as the ability to set priorities and keep an overview even in intense phases
• strong communication skills and a confident, winning appearance
• ideally knowledge of Finnova
