We are responsible for national interior construction projects in the areas of institutions, gastronomy, health practices, and shops from design to handover. We support our client with broad expertise and great commitment, offering interior architectural solutions at the highest level. As a nationwide general contractor, we understand project management, with overall management and realization of demanding interior construction projects as our core competence.
You bring
Completed specialized studies in interior architecture/architecture/engineering/spatial planning at ETH or FH, or another adequate education
Further training in construction project management (BPM) is an advantage
Many years of professional experience in construction and project management
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented personality with confident appearance and assertiveness
Initiative, communicative, and resilient personality with good business management know-how
Respectful interaction with contractors (team player)
Innovative and economical thinking and acting
Very good MS Office skills
Very good German skills, good English and/or French skills
Your main tasks
Project management of demanding interior construction projects / tenant fit-outs
Maintain and expand customer network
Lead the construction management team
Manage the contractors involved in construction from start to completion of warranty work
Conduct regular construction meetings
Monitor workflows regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
Contract awards with contractors
Contact with clients and authorities
