Your main tasks include:

Supporting customer consulting in the area of Digital Workplace
Assisting in the creation of concepts, solution designs, and technical documentation
Participating in the execution of technical feasibility studies and tests
Supporting project coordination and documentation
Preparing and partially conducting customer workshops and training sessions
Creating presentations, offers, and evaluations
Supporting sales in preparing technical documents
Maintaining and updating relevant data in internal systems

Your profile:

Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience
Initial experience in consulting, project work, or support in the IT environment
Very good knowledge of the printing process and print data processing
Basic knowledge of IT architectures, networks, and digital processes
Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex software and hardware solutions (e.g., Digital Workplace, print management, ECM)
Basic knowledge of project management tools
Experience in creating technical documentation and presentations
Very good knowledge of NAV 2017 & Dynamics 365 CRM
Conceptual, process-oriented thinking and acting
Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
Native German speaker, good English and French skills
