Job Purpose
Development and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships in the defined territory.
Informing the defined customer group about the product range, corresponding services, and aids.
Regular exchange of feedback with stakeholders such as product specialists, KAMs, sales managers, marketing department
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting high-quality customer conversations with the defined customer groups, also using digital media (e-detail, 1:1 emails, etc.)
- Market-appropriate processing of the defined target group, maintaining contact frequency to build and expand trust.
- Implementing current sales and marketing strategies
- Organizing and conducting regional physician meetings and training events
- Responsibility for regional promotion budgets to support medical events and sponsorships
- Participation and customer support at national specialist congresses
- Independent analysis of regional market data. Defining and implementing measures depending on the situation.
- Collaboration and support of marketing and medical departments.
- Reporting sales activities in CRMS
Basic Requirements:
- Training in the paramedical field (pharmacist, pharmaceutical assistant, medical practice assistant, physiotherapist, laboratory technician, nurse) or a university degree in natural sciences
- You have gained initial experience in the GP and pediatrician area and have built a performance record.
- Several years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative with general practitioners or pediatricians in the region
- Native language is German. You have good English skills
- Good IT skills (Veeva, Outlook, MS Office)
- Act and think as an entrepreneur within the company, responsibly invest available resources, and enjoy working in a team
Preferred Requirements:
- Federal Diploma as Pharmaceutical Representative or SHQA
- Experience in the vaccine sector and/or experience with our target groups (GP / pediatricians)
