Tasks
- Professional and organizational management of the areas of ergotherapy and activation therapy
- Ensuring competent and high-quality patient treatment by ergotherapy and activation therapy staff and students in the field of adult, geriatric, and youth psychiatry
- Professional and further development and quality assurance for the areas of ergo-/activation therapy
- Co-responsibility for training positions and promotion of young talent in ergo-/activation therapy
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects
- Further development of offers as well as treatment concepts
- Cost center responsibility
- Close interprofessional collaboration (essential)
Profile
- Recognized professional qualification as an ergotherapist (with foreign degree recognized by SRK); an advanced degree (MAS/MSc) is an advantage
- Leadership experience and competence including further training in Leadership & Management at least at CAS level
- Extensive professional experience in ergotherapy in psychiatric and psychotherapeutic settings (adult, geriatric, and/or youth psychiatry)
- Strong ability to ensure high professional quality as well as conceptual further development of therapeutic offers
- Conceptual thinking, creativity, and experience in project work
- High level of cooperation skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style as well as flexibility in everyday leadership
