Technical Support Specialist 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces, and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

This is what you can achieve:

Independently analyze, repair, and overhaul devices and assemblies (including quality inspection)

Process and review production orders as well as release and inventory booking

Process prepared shipping orders (Sales Order) regarding repair costs and shipping dates

Forward orders to the shipping processing department (OPD)

This is what you bring with you:

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, mechanic, or electronics technician

Good PC user skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form, English desirable

Independent, conscientious working style

Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility are natural for you

Openness to interdisciplinary challenges
