The Ristorante La Scala in Rapperswil is known for its upscale Italian cuisine, excellent wine list, and first-class service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated restaurant specialist (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Ensure smooth service operations in your station
• Expert advice and care for our guests with passion and charm
• Recommend and serve food and drinks, including wine advice
• Maintain the high service and quality standards of the establishment
• Support the team in daily workflows and special events

Qualifications

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in upscale gastronomy, advantageous but not mandatory
• Passion for Italian cuisine and culture
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and enjoyment of guest contact
• Resilience, team spirit, and flexibility, even in stressful moments
• Fluent German and English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
