Expert in HR Administration & Project Manager, 100% (part-time also possible)
Our HR department in the Services area provides HR systems and policies for the entire organization. We support around 1,300 employees in Switzerland as well as delegates abroad – with different contract types and international requirements.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our team in employee support as well as in optimizing and digitizing HR processes. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team, managers, and external partners and actively shape processes – from HR administration to HRMS projects to global process innovations.
- Digital HR systems: You actively support the implementation of our new global HR system (HRMS), develop smart workflows, and create automations that make everyday work more efficient
- Designing and improving processes: Together with the HR team, you drive the further development and digitization of our HR processes – practical, solution-oriented, and future-focused
- Projects and consulting: You participate in various HR projects, advise employees on HR topics, and contribute significantly as a Key User of our HR system to the further development of our HR landscape
- Coordination & interface management: You act as an interface between internal stakeholders (e.g., supervisors, HR managers) and external service providers (e.g., payroll), ensure smooth processes, and make sure all processes interlock. Thanks to your solid knowledge in HR administration – especially in social insurance – and your ability to think networked, you recognize optimization potentials early and implement them purposefully
- Documentation & training: In collaboration with HR Learning & Development, you organize training sessions and create the associated materials so that relevant HR knowledge is easily accessible within the organization
- Completed higher education in HR, supplemented by further training in process management, AI, or digitization
- Experience in project work and conceptual as well as operational HR activities
- German/English (C2), supplemented by good French skills in spoken and written form
- IT affinity and very good user knowledge of common (HR) systems
- Knowledge of agile working methods and/or New Work is desirable
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and service-oriented working style
- Motivating, implementation- and communication-strong personality with the ability to set boundaries
- An interesting and challenging position in a broadly anchored NGO
- Lots of creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
- A great team of committed and competent employees
- Insights into international HR topics
- Role-based collaboration that offers a lot of responsibility and creative freedom
- Flexible working time models for optimal compatibility of work and private life
- Workplace Zurich (at Schaffhauserplatz) with moderate travel activity within Switzerland
- Excellent pension fund and generous employment conditions
The position can also be filled part-time or in job sharing, either with a time or task-specific division. Please let us know to what extent you would like to work at HEKS and which tasks (strategic/conceptual/operational) particularly appeal to you.
We look forward to you and your application – simply upload your documents in our application tool. We only accept dossiers from recruitment agencies after prior agreement.
For preliminary questions, Kathrin Lampert, HR Business Partner, is available by phone at +41 (0) 44 360 89 97 .
