About the job
As a civil and criminal court of first instance, we are looking immediately or by arrangement to strengthen our team for a flexible
Administrative Secretary Inheritance Office (initially limited to 1 year) 80 - 100%
In this role, you are primarily responsible for handling inheritance matters (summary procedure). Your diverse range of tasks:
- Processing incoming mail and creating new cases
- Identifying heirs domestically and abroad
- Independent preparation of judgment applications (e.g., opening of wills, renunciation of inheritance, public inventory, etc.)
- Independent preparation of inheritance certificates and executor certificates
- Issuing and sending decisions
- Deadline monitoring, management and maintenance of the inheritance archive
- Telephone and personal contact with heirs or heir representatives
- Correspondence and communication with authorities and clients (partly with foreign language references abroad)
- Substitution/deployment within other commercial offices as well as the reception desk (telephone/reception) during absences and bottlenecks
- Other general secretarial tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (profile E or M)
- Court experience or authority activity as well as knowledge of inheritance law is an advantage
- Quick comprehension as well as independent, precise and reliable working style despite partly heavy workload
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT user skills
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Teamwork skills and discretion
- Friendly, confident and service-oriented demeanor
