Within our Geneva office, we are looking for a Senior Management Assistant to support our High Net Worth Families team. You will be part of a dynamic team and work closely with private bankers. You will be expected to contribute to providing quality service to clients and ensuring excellent follow-up of files.
Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative matters related to the rigorous management of files and ensure complete follow-up:
- Provide clients directly with information on portfolio valuation, account balances, transactions, etc.
- Process transfer orders (strictly applying call-back rules – internal guidelines), stock exchange orders, securities transactions, manage deadlines, cash withdrawal requests at the counter, safe deposit box visits
- Draft an activity sheet for each client contact,
- Support bankers in preparing and producing customized reports
- Develop your internal network to ensure efficient handling of client files and requests, liaise with internal service providers to be able to offer quality service to clients,
- Prepare account opening forms and process account openings/closings while respecting the bank's internal processes and policies.
Contribute to the team's business initiatives:
- Prepare client investment reports and tailor-made presentations as part of business development activities,
- Assist private bankers in producing presentation materials for client review meetings,
- Support private bankers in organizing events and/or dedicated marketing initiatives.
Meet Lombard Odier's requirements:
- Familiarize yourself with Lombard Odier's DNA and values and respect them at all times
- Understand Lombard Odier's risk management framework and familiarize yourself with risk responsibilities within the teams
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements regarding compliance and other applicable internal policies or procedures
- Maintain the necessary knowledge to professionally assume the responsibilities related to the role. Attend mandatory training required to acquire and maintain the necessary skills.
Profile sought:
- Economic or banking education (Diploma from a Business School, CFC or equivalent), HEC, HEG
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in a similar role
- Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (creation and monitoring of complex tables, presentations, and reports…)
- Perfect command of French and English, any other language is an asset
- Good knowledge of the range of services of a Private Bank (Lombard credits, portfolio management, life insurance...)
- Excellent presentation, ease and interest in client contacts
- Rigorous, curious, diligent, autonomous, multitasking and able to prioritize your workload
- Pleasant character, ability to integrate into an existing team and work as a team, open-mindedness, culture of feedback
- Service spirit, precision, and heightened sense of confidentiality
