Painter with Customer & Quotation Responsibility (m/f/d)

Colours, surfaces and materials are your world? At the same time, you know how to advise customers competently and create solutions. In this versatile role, you combine your practical experience in painting with customer consultation, quotation management and organisation.

Your tasks:

Painting work (approx. 50%)

• Independent execution of high-quality painting work on construction sites and in the workshop
• Treating, coating and refining wooden surfaces as well as other substrates
• Carrying out facade, spray and surface work
• Ensuring a qualitatively flawless and efficient work execution
• Proper use and maintenance of machines, equipment and tools

• Advising builders and customers on the selection of surfaces, colours and execution variants
• Conducting customer and site inspections
• Developing solutions and execution variants for individual customer needs
• Preparing and calculating quotations for painting work
• Processing additional orders as well as administrative support of orders
• Supporting work preparation, scheduling and project coordination

Your profile:

• Completed training as a painter EFZ and several years of professional experience in the painting trade
• Sound expertise in surface treatment, coating technology as well as handling modern machines, equipment and spray systems
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, recognising customer needs and developing practical solutions
• Experience in quotation management and work preparation
• Technical understanding, good organisational skills as well as entrepreneurial and economic thinking
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
• Very good German skills (at least C1, spoken and written), good IT user skills as well as a professional and confident appearance
