Your Tasks
- Medical and administrative admission of patients as well as preparation of inpatient and outpatient treatments
- Execution and assistance with diagnostic measures, e.g., laboratory, ECG, and organization of radiological examinations
- Creation of social and nursing anamneses as well as digital documentation in the clinical information system (CIS)
- Coordination and request of examination results and findings within and outside the hospital
- Advice, initiation, and conclusion of treatment and optional service contracts
- Interdisciplinary communication and coordination with functional services, nursing service, and medical service
- Resource- and patient-oriented management of the admission process
- Correspondence with cost carriers, referrers, as well as pre- and post-treatment facilities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse, medical assistant (MFA), or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of operative and conservative treatment procedures in the hospital
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experience with clinical information systems (CIS)
- Experience in patient administration and legally compliant billing as well as knowledge of data protection is an advantage
- Strong communication skills as well as a service- and patient-oriented demeanor
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style in clinical everyday life
