WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- you take responsibility for the care and support process of residents with severe physical and/or mental disabilities
- you maintain close communication with other nursing specialists, the head of medical care, and external medical contacts (family doctors, etc.)
- you focus your work on needs-based and resource-oriented care. You perceive the residents individually in their personality
- you support the work in a self-organized team with your team-oriented personality
- you ensure on-call duty in rotation with other nursing specialists. A company vehicle is available for this purpose
- you accompany nursing students and trainees in health/care

- completed training as a nursing specialist HF, FH, DN I, DN II, or AKP
