Your Area of Responsibility
- Medical management of the Walk-in-Clinic
- Professional supervision and support of the medical and healthcare staff
- Collaboration with Interlaken Hospital and
practices in the region - Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments
- Positioning and further development of the
Walk-in-Clinic - Promoting cooperation
- Taking over the existing patient base and the practice team
- Ensuring treatment quality, patient safety, and internal processes
- Training and continuing education of assistant doctors
- Co-responsibility for organizational and strategic projects (e.g., process optimizations)
Your Competencies
- Federal or Swiss-recognized specialist title in General Internal Medicine
- Great joy and passion for primary care
- Excellent quality of medical care
- Confident clinical decision-making in a broad
medical spectrum - Enjoyment of medical training
- Teaching physician course of the WHM Foundation or willingness to attend this training
- Empathy in dealing with our patients and
their relatives - Experience in leading and motivating
employees, focusing on promoting
individual strengths and creating a positive work environment - Convincing teamwork and social skills with a solution-oriented working style
