What you will do here

You generate health policy-relevant research results for a better Swiss healthcare system
You analyze routine data (billing data from insurers, administrative hospital data, registry data) and become an expert in the Swiss healthcare data landscape
You use econometric methods, causal inference methods, and machine learning approaches to answer your research questions
You publish scientifically, prepare research proposals, and present results externally
You take responsibility in projects and work closely with an interdisciplinary team

What you ideally bring with you

Master's degree in economics, data science, or a related quantitative science
Proven experience in quantitative empirical work
Very good knowledge of R or similar software as well as enjoyment in working with large datasets
Very good German and English skills
Structured working style, project management skills, and clear communication
Interest in current health policy issues as well as motivation for scientific development and a possible PhD
