What you will do here
- You generate health policy-relevant research results for a better Swiss healthcare system
- You analyze routine data (billing data from insurers, administrative hospital data, registry data) and become an expert in the Swiss healthcare data landscape
- You use econometric methods, causal inference methods, and machine learning approaches to answer your research questions
- You publish scientifically, prepare research proposals, and present results externally
- You take responsibility in projects and work closely with an interdisciplinary team
What you ideally bring with you
- Master's degree in economics, data science, or a related quantitative science
- Proven experience in quantitative empirical work
- Very good knowledge of R or similar software as well as enjoyment in working with large datasets
- Very good German and English skills
- Structured working style, project management skills, and clear communication
- Interest in current health policy issues as well as motivation for scientific development and a possible PhD
