About the job

Your Tasks

Promote infants and preschool children: You are responsible for planning, implementing, and reviewing the effectiveness of remedial early education (HFE) for preschool children with developmental or behavioral abnormalities.

Work needs- and solution-oriented: You work both on the premises of the ZFF and in the child's living environment (in the family, daycare/playgroup, home), offer HFE in individual or group settings, and advise or support parents and professionals.

Be networked: You are part of a motivated, interprofessional team and work closely with other professionals internally and externally and take on case management.

Your Profile

Experience: Ideally, you have practical experience in remedial early education or the early childhood field. You have experience working with families from different cultures and linguistic backgrounds.

Personality: You are communicative, flexible, a team player, and enjoy engaging in interprofessional collaboration. You work constructively and result-oriented.

Education: For this demanding role, you have a master's degree in special education, preferably with a focus on remedial early education.

Language: You have confident oral and written German skills. Additional language skills are an advantage.
