The team of the Intensive Care and Crisis Intervention East 1 ward cares for people with diseases from the entire spectrum of psychiatry who require extensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The ward has a 24-hour emergency admission obligation and is run as a protected and open ward. This service mandate is based on the latest scientific findings in an individually defined treatment and care process. Psychosocial reintegration is considered a primary treatment goal. 

• You are jointly responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional care within the nursing process in close cooperation with the certified nursing specialist
• You are committed within your competencies to providing high-quality nursing care
• You support patients in shaping their living environment and daily life
• You contribute to improving quality and process workflows
• You perform logistical and administrative tasks within the daily ward routine
• You take on household tasks
• You accompany and guide trainees in everyday nursing

• You have a certificate of competence as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage
