Your Tasks
- Installation of heating and sanitary systems in new and renovation projects according to plan
- Independent handling of service orders
- Service work and repairs as well as maintenance work on the building technology center
- Willingness for on-call services
- Preparation of work (material orders, logistics, etc.)
- Inspection at the end of work (secure storage of all tools and materials)
- Coordination of daily and weekly assignments including adherence to working hours and control of weekly reports
- Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines, and rules
- Responsible for quality assurance and the implementation, control, and flow of information regarding safety and health protection goals
- Keeping the daily construction journal
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a sanitary or heating installer EFZ
- Driver's license category B
- Several years of professional experience
- Conscientious and independent working style
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Responsible, well-groomed, and reliable personality
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
