To complement our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:
Clerical Work AVOR (m/f/d) 80-100%
In this role, you plan and coordinate our production orders and perform various evaluations in the ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV 365 BC). Furthermore, you coordinate the preparation of materials and machines to ensure a smooth production process. You are also the contact person for various departments to ensure timely production. You record and maintain master data and release operation plans and bills of materials. Additionally, you manage the production warehouse and check material inventories. In cooperation with the internal sales department, you monitor and plan production and delivery dates. You are the interface between departments to ensure that all elements are optimally coordinated. Moreover, you provide professional support during the absence of the supervisor and report to them.
You have a basic education as a logistician or a technical basic education with further training as a process specialist. You also have many years of professional experience in AVOR and are accustomed to working with an ERP system. You work very independently and precisely and have the necessary assertiveness.
Teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you. A good understanding of technical processes as well as organizational skills are essential for this position. If you like to work in a structured way and want to take responsibility, we look forward to your application.
