We are a leading and successful trading company in the stainless steel industry, based near Zurich Paradeplatz, employing around 150 staff and representing renowned stainless steel mills in Switzerland.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed logistics specialist for our long goods warehouse team in Dietikon. If you are a flexible, resilient and very reliable person, then you are exactly right with us!

What tasks await you?

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks with crane/forklift
• Accurate incoming goods and quality checks
• Timely and correct order picking
• Proper packaging and labelling of the material
• Correct preparation of goods for collection customers
• Independent relocation of products
• Operation of various information technologies (PC, WMS, MDE)
• Provision of packaging and shipping loading aids

What do you bring to the position?

• Basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ and/or several years of experience in logistics, preferably in a trading environment and/or experience handling long goods
• Forklift licence R1/R2 (SUVA recognised certificate) mandatory
• Proficient use of ERP and warehouse management systems
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Team spirit, sense of order and organisational talent
• Reliable and customer-oriented working style
• Demonstrated personal responsibility
• High flexibility in working hours depending on order volume
• Good physical condition
