As the central point of contact for our clients, you advise people on their professional path: You clarify concerns, connect suitable offers, coordinate meetings, and ensure a smooth process with noticeable impact through your organizational talent.

Start of work: Immediately or by arrangement
- You independently coordinate our consulting services for private and corporate clients – from the initial inquiry through appointment scheduling to correct invoicing.
- You conduct telephone initial assessments, record the concerns of callers, and refer them appropriately to the suitable offers.
- You plan and coordinate consultation appointments proactively and ensure a smooth process between clients, consulting, and administration.
- You ensure a clear, reliable flow of information between consultants, administration, and management.
- You are responsible for accounts receivable and payable management, including dunning, in the context of consulting services.
- You take on general administrative tasks such as email processing, appointment and room management, as well as organizing meetings.
- You actively contribute to process optimizations and bring ideas for further development of workflows.
- You participate in cross-departmental projects as needed.
For this coordination role at the Career Design Center at IAP, we are looking for a structured and service-oriented personality with completed commercial training and solid experience in administration and organization, ideally in a service or education-related environment. You work independently, precisely, and proactively, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and set priorities confidently. You communicate fluently in German, use MS Office routinely, and are open to other IT systems. A strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders are a matter of course for you. Experience with systems such as SAP, CRM, Evento, or Moodle is an advantage.
