At your start as a Junior in Autumn 2025, you will participate in the Forvis Mazars Introduction Week, which will give you a deep insight into the methodology of the audit and will be rounded off with networking events with your future colleagues.

Your task

As a Junior Audit & Assurance in the field of Banking & Asset Management, you will be responsible for the following diverse tasks:

• Conducting accounting and regulatory audits of national and international banks & asset managers (OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER)
• You will actively participate in the accounting, money laundering, and approval audits of crypto brokers and crypto investment companies
• Assisting in internal audits for small and medium-sized banks
• Supporting special audits in the areas of money laundering, internal control systems, and compliance
• Opportunity to participate in consulting mandates in the field of risk management and compliance
• If interested, you can actively contribute to the business activities of Forvis Mazars by designing offers, supporting the organization of events, and participating in the recruitment of new team members.

Forvis Mazars supports you in your training as an auditor. Your team members will coach you and provide you with regular feedback. You can expect flexible corporate structures, analyze processes, assess the risk management of our clients, and thus gain an in-depth insight into the industry and the business model. You will take on responsibility for diverse tasks early on and work directly with our clients. The various mandates offer you the opportunity to visit clients on-site in Switzerland, in the European economic area, as well as in the UK and gain exciting insights.

Your profile

• Graduate (or close to graduation) of a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on accounting and audit or finance
• You are interested in training as an auditor (more information can be found here:  )
• You have very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial personality who wants to contribute to the development of Forvis Mazars
• You are a team player who enjoys accompanying innovations and transformations
