Construction Cost Planner Conversion (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person as Office Management Employee (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your workplace in this position is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon.

What you will do

• You calculate construction costs focusing on conversion projects for total performance competitions, development projects, or for general contractor/subcontractor projects. You use contractor offers, key figures, and the internal database to achieve an effective and efficient cost estimate
• Together with our specialists, you develop variants and optimization ideas
• In collaboration with our project management offer team, you prepare comprehensive offer documents and present them to the client as a member of the offer team
• You accompany our own development projects as part of the project team during all project phases and take responsibility for the financial aspects and optimization of the project

Why you will succeed

• You have a solid education in construction as well as several years of experience in cost calculation and/or execution of construction projects
• Your working style is structured, efficient, and digitally savvy; you naturally have a confident handling of calculation software and Microsoft 365 – especially Excel
• You possess a strong numerical understanding and an analytical mindset, enabling you to view calculations holistically and make well-founded assumptions with incomplete information
• As a team-oriented person, you actively share your knowledge, communicate transparently, and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders
• You strive for continuous improvement, live the values of Implenia, and bring good knowledge of the Swiss SIA standards; experience in large conversion projects is an advantage
