diploma nursing specialist (nursing pool) 5–100%
What will you do with us?
Whether to bridge short-term absences, during increased workload, or in special situations – as a pool employee, you are an important link in the interprofessional collaboration. Your assignments will take place across departments in various specialist areas. Additionally, planned on-call duties are part of your field of activity. Of course, you will receive a solid introduction in all departments – and our internal training offerings are open to you.
- You care for and support our patients with passion and expertise – always up to date with the latest in nursing
- You take the lead in nursing groups and work closely with health professionals, nursing assistants, trainees, and students
- You independently carry out the nursing process – including performance recording, supported by our modern clinical information system “Clinical”
- You actively accompany trainees and students on their educational path and contribute to the development of the nursing profession
