Your Tasks:
- First point of contact for our customers in the field of vehicle diagnostics
- Technical support (First Level Support) for vehicle diagnostic devices of ESA customers
- Accompanying and supporting garage technicians with complex fault diagnoses and repairs, remote and on site
- Training and instruction of customers as well as the ESA sales team in handling diagnostic devices and their software
- Technical advice for internal departments (purchasing, sales, warranty)
- Monitoring of innovations in the field of diagnostic devices and vehicle systems
