Your Tasks

• Implementation of planned psychiatric and somatic nursing measures
• Nursing planning and management of nursing processes
• Support of patients (m/f/d) in structuring their daily routine
• Maintenance and promotion of patients' (m/f/d) independence
• Participation in nursing-therapeutically designed group offers
• Participation in team meetings, ward rounds, and group therapies

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in health and nursing care, pediatric nursing, elderly care, or curative education
• Experience in caring for mentally ill patients is desirable
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Strong social and communication skills
• Flexibility, initiative, and commitment
• Confident handling of IT programs, ideally experience with SAP ISH-med
• A respectful basic attitude
