To strengthen our Waldhaus team, we are looking for a committed personality as Chef de Partie (a) on a yearly contract starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Preparation and production of dishes for 5-course menus, vegetarian options, and the à la carte restaurant "Arvenstube"
- Responsibility for stations as Entremetier, Saucier, or Garde-Manger including leadership of up to 5 employees
- Ensuring quality, hygiene (HACCP), and economical use of goods
- Proper handling of kitchen equipment, machines, and storage of food
- Guidance and training of Commis, Demi-Chef de Partie, interns, and trainees
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and experience in the 5-star sector
- Enjoyment of responsibility and passing on knowledge to the team
- Passion for local products and artisanal cooking
- Teamwork, creativity, and initiative
- Motivation to actively shape quality and efficient workflows
- Good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
