- Independent work in the team in the bakery and confectionery department
- Production of small and fine pastries
- Production of various doughs
- Recording and maintaining recipes
- Creating new seasonal items
- Placing and checking orders
- Work usually starts at 4:00 a.m.
- Shifts on weekends and public holidays in a 364-day operation
