We are a catering business in the center of Gais, a tourist region in the Appenzell midlands, and are looking to strengthen our young team with a cook, chef / pizzaiolo, pizzaiola.

Tourists, business people, walk-in customers, and of course our regular guests provide variety in your daily work.

Working hours:

. 42 hours per week

. 10:00 - 14:00, 17:00 - 22:00 (including breaks)

. Tuesday: day off 

Tasks

. Preparation of Swiss, Italian and Indian dishes and/or various pizzas

. Implementation of our standard for high quality

. Operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and pizza station

. Ensuring hygiene and safety regulations 

Requirements

. You understand German and/or English 

. You have training or experience as a cook/chef

. You have a neat appearance and are used to hygienic work

. You are a team player, committed and resilient, even in busy times
