Substitute Workers Agriculture & Horse Boarding on an Hourly Basis
Erlenhof I Agriculture is the first Swiss breeding operation for Scottish Highland cattle and remains an important flagship to this day. In addition to the suckler cow husbandry with around 30 cattle, the versatile operation also includes goats, modern agricultural technology, and an active role in training young people.
Erlenhof I Horse Boarding is a labor market-oriented sub-area with currently 21 pension horses. Areas of responsibility include the care, feeding, exercise, and health maintenance of the horses, as well as pasture, stable, and feed management. Our own school horses are also part of the daily work – in handling and training. In both areas, we support apprentices (EFZ/EBA) as well as people with support needs in their career orientation.
What you bring:
-
Interest and enthusiasm for working with animals and people
-
Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and humor
