As a customer advisor at the Road Traffic Office, you are the first point of contact for our customers – personally at the counter, by phone, or in the back office. You process applications related to vehicle and driver registrations and provide competent information on these topics.

What you bring

A completed education in retail with business school is an advantage or a commercial education
Enjoyment of customer contact, both at the counter and on the phone
Independent, committed, and resilient personality with high social competence
Quick comprehension and motivation to thoroughly familiarize yourself with an exciting specialist area
Solid PC skills and interest in modern work tools
