What you bring:
- Motivated and independent personality
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Enjoyment in direct customer contact
- Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk is an advantage
- High service orientation and flexibility
- Very good IT skills, Visual Drive is an advantage
- Reliable and precise working style
Your tasks are:
- Answering phone calls, welcoming and supporting customers
- Supporting customer service
- Workshop appointment scheduling
- Opening workshop orders
- Opening and invoicing bodyshop bills
- Customer base maintenance
- General office work
- Marketing tasks Aftersales
- Cash management
