- Assistance to the head chef

- Receipt and incoming inspection of goods deliveries
- Co-responsible for the quality of the products to be processed
- Comprehensive mise-en-place tasks
- Preparation and cooking as well as representative plating of dishes in the Adler restaurant, Ochsen and the seminar and event area
- Collaboration in the preparation, production, and execution of banquets and exclusive large events
- Cleaning tasks and compliance with HACCP guidelines
