Reception Clerk (20% mandatory for Friday)

• Friendly and professional reception of residents, visitors, and customers
• Receiving and answering calls
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• General support with administrative tasks
• Additional assistance tasks

• Office assistant EBA or commercial employee EFZ
• Initial professional experience is an advantage
• Good manners, communicative, yet discreet
• Positive, humorous personality with a hands-on mentality
• Understanding of the culture in the health or care sector
• Solid MS Office skills, knowledge of Lobos is an advantage

• A responsible and versatile activity in an appreciative environment
