The Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether for primary care with its medical center, acute care with its recognized internal medicine beds and its palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation center, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Center (CAT).
We are looking for the Aubonne hospital a:
Deputy ICUS for palliative care at 90%

YOU HAVE
- A HES Bachelor in nursing or a CRS-recognized nursing diploma.
- Experience in an internal medicine or palliative care service.
- A CAS or DAS in palliative care, an asset.
- Proven knowledge in supporting chronic diseases and recognized skills in symptom assessment.
- Good listening skills, empathy, and kind communication with teams and families.
- A strong sense of interdisciplinary teamwork promoting cohesion and smooth collaboration.
- Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigor.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure, under the responsibility of the Inter-site Care Manager, the operational coordination of palliative care to guarantee comprehensive and individualized care.
- Supervise nursing practices and ensure compliance with protocols and ethical values of palliative care focused on patient dignity and comfort.
- Support employees in their professional development and reflective stance in the face of the complexity of end-of-life situations.
- Support the Inter-site Care Manager in service management, including staff planning and monitoring quality indicators.
- Participate in development projects and promote the palliative culture within the service and the institution.
