||An internationally active service company in the Zurich metropolitan area.|Service Delivery Manager (382)|Tasks - Build, maintain and further develop the IT service catalog (quality assurance, ensuring up-to-dateness) and the service level measurement system - Concept for the further development of the service offering and the corresponding competencies, extensions/changes of service manifestations - Support the process owners in building, implementing and optimizing the service management processes - Create, consolidate and provide periodic SLA and OLA reports - Review service target achievement as well as identify trends and proactively identify need for action - Develop fact-based analyses and define measures||Profile - Several years of experience in a comparable role on the provider or customer side (e.g. IT environment with outsourcing share) - Good analytical and conceptual skills, consulting and implementation experience as well as good expertise regarding methods, techniques, procedures and tools for analysis and reporting (e.g. ITIL processes, business intelligence) - Knowledge of workflows in an IT organization - Good general IT knowledge (business applications, infrastructure, IT architectures) - Very good German skills and good English skills||Application Do you feel addressed?
