- Operation of our company-wide ICT security systems as well as their further development and continuous improvement
- Participation in the development and optimization of Security Operation (SO) processes, procedures, and guidelines (e.g., for Incident Response), participation in audits
- Management of security alerts (SIEM/XDR), threat intelligence integration, and continuous analysis of log data for early detection of attacks
- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving technical disruptions and vulnerabilities
- Technical lead for Incident Response, participation in coordinating the response to security incidents, triage, initiation of countermeasures, and damage prevention
- Conducting vulnerability management and implementing preventive measures
- Participation in ensuring compliance requirements and implementation of the security strategy according to business goals
- Preparation of security reports, translating technical risks into business terms, and communication to IT management and ISB
- Ensuring continuous, target-group-appropriate knowledge transfer on ICT security topics to employees
- Completed IT education (EFZ, HF, FH), preferably in the field of system technology
- Recognized advanced IT security training (e.g., CAS, CISSP, or similar) is an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the ICT security environment
- Good knowledge in the areas of web and mail security, firewall, proxy, as well as security procedures such as encryption, cryptography, forensics, vulnerability management
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft world (especially authentication/authorization technology), Linux, Elastic, and virtual environments
- Secure scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Very good analytical and logical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
- Self-organized and very good prioritization skills, consistent in completing tasks, high quality awareness
- Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Enjoy mentoring younger employees
- High communication skills, able to explain complex issues understandably to non-IT professionals and customers
- Willingness to work outside business hours and on weekends for projects, maintenance, or emergency support (on-call duty)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Enjoyment of new technologies and willingness to continue education accordingly
