Team Leader: Unemployment Fund 80–100% - Biel
Your responsibilities
In this role, you lead the team in Biel within the framework of the goals set by management. You ensure smooth operations and guarantee efficient, high-quality, and customer-oriented processing of files. You motivate your team, promote their professional and personal development, and strengthen the exchange of experiences and know-how. You support the site management in their tasks and take over representation during absences. You participate in the implementation of new projects, for example, the introduction of ASAL-Future, and work in various working or project groups. Finally, you coordinate and maintain contacts and cooperation with various offices and the union.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in case processing in ALV execution (SB2 or SB3)
- Enjoy taking responsibility and gaining initial leadership experience
- Interest in attending further training on leadership topics
- Independent working style, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
- Committed, creative, responsible personality with high social competence
- Very good knowledge of French or German, with very good oral and written skills in the other language
