Your Tasks
- Support of several clinics of the AMEOS Group on site, with regular visits to the clinics
- Independent planning of work and coordination with the facilities and departments
- Execution of all IT tasks that must be performed on site
- Installation and maintenance of various IT hardware (notebook, PC, printer, mobile phone, etc.)
- Contact person for handling customer orders, fault reports (ticket system), and service inquiries on site
- Support of IT specialist teams in on-site error analysis
- Support of IT projects with on-site work
- Reliable documentation of all requests
- Participation in optimizing service processes
- Ensuring quality standards
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or professional experience in IT operations and support
- Experience in the Microsoft technology environment is an advantage
- ITIL certification/experience desirable
- Knowledge in the area of Active Directory structure at the domain level
- Knowledge in patching and tagging of network infrastructure
- Network knowledge (CCNA 1 level) desirable
- Independent, analytical, and careful working style
- Strong service orientation as well as high flexibility for IT requirements
- High sociability and very good communication skills
- High quality awareness and service/customer orientation
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to continue training
- Willingness to travel within daily commuting distance
- Class B driver's license mandatory
- Very good German language skills mandatory
