Portrait of the School/Institution

The Heilpädagogische Schule Lyss is a day school for children and adolescents with intellectual or multiple disabilities. We teach around 115 students in 18 classes (from primary to upper and orientation levels) aged between 4 and 18 years. One of our physiotherapists is out due to an accident until at least the end of March 2026. Therefore, we are urgently looking for one or more substitutes for our 21 students who have a physiotherapy prescription from the IV or a health insurance company.

Tasks

You will take over the promotion and care of individual students regarding their movement competence for a limited time Implementation and evaluation of therapy, as well as possible adjustment of therapy goals You provide professional information for reports and assessments You maintain active communication with the involved system

Requirements

Recognized training in physiotherapy Experience in therapy with people with special needs Resilience and positive communication skills Willingness and resources to support us in bridging this difficult situation
