Site Manager in Industrial Infrastructure Energy Rails

As a local player, the Technical and Infrastructure Department, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, switchboards and electrical infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as installation maintenance.
Mission:
- Plan and coordinate work on sites related to industrial infrastructures, ensuring their smooth progress, technical follow-up, and delivery within deadlines
- Supervise specialized assembly teams in electrical installations on rails: lead, motivate, train, and ensure an effective work dynamic
- Manage the administrative aspects of the sites: follow daily reports, measurements, technical documentation, and regular reporting
- Oversee equipment and tools specific to energy rails: anticipate needs, place missing orders in coordination with the Project Manager, and ensure their availability on site
- Ensure strict compliance with current standards (ESTI, industrial standards) and guarantee the safety of teams and installations at every stage
- Monitor costs and performance indicators of the sites, analyze deviations, and propose corrective measures in coordination with your supervisor
- Represent the company on site during site meetings with contractors, design offices, engineers, and architects, as the technical reference contact
Profile:
- Electrician installer CFC, network installer CFC, or equivalent ESTI-recognized training
- Certification as an electrical site manager is an asset
- At least 3 years of professional experience and team management
- Experience in energy rail installations and/or metal structures and/or industrial building technologies
- Experience in measuring and managing heavy prefabricated elements (tube, rails, etc.)
- Organized, dynamic, motivated, flexible, and in good physical condition
- Valid driving license required
