Specialist Planner Building Envelope | Estimator (m/f/d)

• You create specifications for tinsmith and flat roof work, fall protection, glazed installations in roofs - NPK 351/364/365/367/172
• You independently take on new projects with regular customers (Premium Partner)
• You are responsible for time management in the area of specifications in the assigned region
• You create measurements according to SIA specifications with Bluebeam
• You provide the complete dossier tailored to the object and customer
• You ensure the flow of information with responsible employees (AB, VL, ADM)
• You are responsible for document management and the structured creation of dossiers
• You conduct detailed clarifications with specialist planners and architects
• You work out project-specific details with the technical service (sketches, CAD)
• You coordinate and obtain offers for extended components (Velux etc.)
• You support planners regarding system structures (back office)
• You are responsible for further development regarding our construction administration program (Devis, Bluebeam)

• You have a basic education as a sealer, roofer, tinsmith EFZ with further training to become a site manager. Alternatively, also gladly as a construction manager building envelope or tinsmith foreman
• You have experience in construction administration programs for specifications (Messerli, BauPlus, Abacus, Sorba etc.)
• You have knowledge of NPK catalogs / CRB data
• You have the necessary standards knowledge in the specialist areas
• You bring experience in project management building envelope
• Expertise in the application-technical properties of building materials and thermal insulation as well as sealing in the flat roof area is very important
• An independent working style and good time management skills are among your strengths
• In addition, you are a team player, communicative, open, reliable, and a constructive problem solver
• German is your native language. Maybe you also speak Italian or French? (not a requirement)
