- You have commercial training and experience in accounts payable.
- Proficient with ERP systems, especially MS Navision and Excel.
- Fluent in German with good English; French and Italian are a plus.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US...
- You check and post invoices for goods, transport, customs, and overhead costs based on digital goods receipt files, delivery notes, and offers
- You manage accounts payable including document entry as well as digital and physical filing
- You clarify invoice discrepancies in exchange with internal departments
- You post bank transactions and reconcile accounts
- You prepare the weekly payment runs
- You support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- You perform periodic checks on customs tariffs and fuel surcharges on transport invoices
- You actively participate in analyses, projects, and other tasks in the accounting area
WHY YOU WILL SUCCEED...
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ), supplemented by further training as a finance and accounting clerk
- You bring several years of experience in accounts payable and feel confident handling documents and processes
- Thanks to your IT affinity, you work proficiently with ERP systems (preferably MS Navision) as well as MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables)
- You communicate confidently and flawlessly in German and have good English skills (French and Italian are a plus)
- You are willing to take responsibility and work in a structured and precise manner
- You remain resilient even in intense phases, set priorities correctly, and always act in a service-oriented manner
