Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) – 100% | Visp Start: Immediately or by agreement

We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager who will independently manage, lead, and monitor technical projects in the area of on-site service as well as special projects.

All tasks will be thoroughly trained, and you will have the opportunity to get well acquainted with the role.
What matters most is motivation and enjoyment of regular travel.

Your tasks:

• Project management: planning, execution, calculation, and budgeting
• Quality assurance according to GMP standards
• Material management (equipment and chemicals)
• Personnel management: time tracking, deployment planning, employee reviews
• Warehouse management and procurement of materials and equipment

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (Swiss education)
• Experience in technical project management is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of process engineering, materials, and surface technology
• High willingness to travel (CH & EU)
• Very good IT skills, strong organizational talent, and perseverance
• Leadership skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a team
