The KiTas Bethanien are located in Zurich-Altstetten, Fluntern, Kalkbreite, Oerlikon and Seefeld.
All five KiTas are easily accessible by public transport. Children aged three months up to kindergarten entry are cared for in two to five age-separated standard groups. Our educational concept is based on the principles: "Help me do it myself – and let me grasp to understand"

We are looking for a group leader for a mixed-age group.
You can make an impact:
- You are responsible for the care and well-being of the children and partly accompany children with special needs (KmbB) in everyday life
- You conduct entry interviews and acclimatizations
- You design a varied and flexible group daily routine
- You are in regular contact with the parents and conduct parent meetings and events
- You independently lead the group team and conduct regular group meetings
You bring with you:
- Completed training as FaBe with experience or completed training in child education HF
- Several years of professional experience (experience as a group leader is an advantage)
- Flair for accompanying apprentices in everyday life
- Independent working style and high sense of responsibility
- Competencies in employee leadership
- Appreciative and solution-oriented attitude, as well as joy in experiencing everyday life with the children
