Your Area of Responsibility

• Taking on project management tasks in the field of metal construction, from planning to implementation
• Close collaboration with customers, architects and suppliers to understand their needs and offer individual solutions
• Active customer acquisition as well as support of existing customers to promote the sales of metal construction products and services
• Preparation of offers, price negotiations and contract conclusions
• Opportunity for training as a project manager through internal and external training as well as mentoring.

Your Qualification

• Applicants have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker EFZ
• A completed further education as a workshop manager / metal construction technician FH is an advantage but not mandatory
• We are looking for a resilient and reliable personality with assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of working
• You are confident in negotiations and show initiative
• Your behaviour is team-oriented and your communication style is respectful and clear
